Has anyone had problems receiving orders from Descarga? I ordered two CD's from them a month and a half ago, received a order confirmation then nothing. I have sent three e-mails since politely asking the situation with no response!
Disgruntled is not the word for how I am feeling.


I too stop buying from DESCARGA. I dislike being messed about. Let's hope they are reading this forum, and learn customer service lessons.

Customers may not always be right, but without them no business can exist.
