I must have ordered dozens of times from Descarga and never had any real problems. It does take 3 or so weeks for stuff to arrive and when one of the ordered items is not in stock they may hold sending the whole order for up to 8 weeks while they try and get it back-in.

Usually if somethings on the website then its in-stock, when they no-longer have it they usually withdraw it from the website: unlike some of the sellers using Amazon as a marketplace...

Bruce is usually pretty snappy at replying to emails. If you haven't heard from them then check your spam-folder as I had one of their emails go there recently; looked like someone had reported Descarga as a spammer to Google.
