this is sounding like a mess, I can't understand why there is so little publicity or proper organisation behind this. I'm afraid a lot of people will feel the same and stay away. We would want to help, but not if they're not that interested in pushing their own event and have not managed to get their act together by this late stage. Do you know who's organising it? Sounds maybe they're new to this? Or they think the Latinos will fill the place whatever???
