What a revelation a teacher that is against rotating dance partners in a classroom situation and with a good argument for it and you know what? I agree. How many times have I seen a class being rotated when a not so confident man is paired with a bitchy woman who then proceeds to tell him what he is doing wrong despite being a crap dancer. Result? The man leaves never to come back again, out off by the whole scene. How many times have I seen someone so excited about doing salsa only to have some " know it all" batter the enthusiasm away from them by insisting on taking on the role of the teacher? Too many times. Brilliant points T T, I can understand the argument of rotating partners, but I also understand T.T's point, I would be interested in watching him teach now since most people I know do rotate partners, good and bad teachers alike
